Before our trip the property contacted us to say that they didn't have a room for us but they were upgrading us to a room with only one bed and a pull out couch. A day later when we called the hotel it took almost an hour to get through to someone because whenever someone would answer the phone they said they could not help us and that we needed to call back and press a different number to get to the right person. Keep looking Awful... Nothing more to say. The rooms were terrible, run down and the smell....awful. we left the hotel without staying the night.

This seems to be a facility that is trying to function with limited staff and resources. I was thankful that I brought along cleaning wipes to wipe things down and clean the bathroom myself. Having the kitchenette was a reason I selected this hotel, which was nice to have available...but there was no utensils, etc. Bring your own. Television very small for the size of the room. On a positive, it was quiet and the coffee that was available in the lobby was good. Easy access to most anything.

There were bugs in the room. It was terrible. The room was dirty. No coffee & the staff not very friendly.

Dirty carpet, stains, bad smell, lots of noise, scary looking people hanging around the Lobby and outside, no glasses in room, no maid service, no real breakfast

The bathroom in 333 was a disaster. The shower curtain was too long for the tub and actually filled the floor of the tub resulting in guests having to walk in others' germs, fungi, etc. The room had been converted to handicapped accessible (not requested by us) and had a full size bed which we found extremely uncomfortable.

Stood for 15 minutes to check in while front desk clerk was just sitting there. Not working on anything just sitting. The room was filthy. Top of refrigerator looked like it hadn't ben touched in months as well as TV and top of hairdryer mount in bathroom. Rooms do not have coffee pot and dishes already in room. You are told to call and order them and they will bring them to you. We called with what we needed and was told to come to front desk to get.

Hard water, no real soap or shampoo in the rooms. Very noisy early in the morning.
