I arrived earlier than check in time and was hoping room will be available. First no one was at the front desk. When someone finally came in, she said she needs to enter paperwork in the computer first before she can let me know if anything was available. She was not very helpful and didnt even say how long it will take. I left and did not even stay for the night. Place did not look like it was taken care of and did not even have a lobby.

Just not clean at all!! There was toothpaste stains in the bathroom sink from the previous person! The room smelled like urine when we walked in. If it hadn't been so late, I probably would have asked for a refund and found someone else to sleep. It was obvious the cleaning staff does as little as possible in these rooms! The was breakfast was a JOKE~ It was 8am when I went to get a coffee and something to eat, there were only some granola bars & 3 packaged muffins left. I like nothing about this hotel. Lobby and elevator are very small and dirty. Front desk looked like a small warehouse. The lightning in the the hallways is not sufficient. The hotel looks like a rundown facility needs some updates. I won’t recommend this hotel to any one, especially with the price they charged.

Woke up to find my car window smashed in along with 12 other cars. Another guest let us know that he lives there and this has happened 8 times in the last year. The hotel has not put up cameras, hired a security guard or anything. Come to find out... it was a crazy guest who had been living there for over a year that was smashing the windows. Plus, our room stunk, my clothes carried the smell home. No bed bugs, but that is about the only positive thing about this place.

The beds were small, kitchen did not have items like other extended stays have had, like dishwashing soap. The walls are very thin, and if you are not on the top floor, you will hear footsteps.

The room was very hot upon arrival. We also were given no toilet paper in the restroom which usually is beleived to be there. The room reaked of cigarettes, highly disappointed with the room we were given. It was me and my SO's anniversary

This place had bed bugs and was absolutely filthy! I was bitten and trapped one to show the front desk. I will not be staying here again.
