Not a happy stay. Room was not clean. Dusty on tv stand ,on top of blow Bryer ,mold around tub faucet. No ice machine or vending area in hotel. House keeping only cleans room if you stay more then 4 days. Beds need changed every day and clean towels and wash towels daily. Will not stay at another

When I arrived to my room, I pulled back the covers and sheets to find blood stains and other stains on my sheets. I proceeded to the front desk and they gave us another room. As I was laying down in the bed of my second room, I seen bed bugs crawling on the pillow cases. None of the staff was alarmed about their being bed bugs in the hotel meaning that this isn’t their first time hearing about them. I got a refund but that hotel is DISGUSTING and I will never stay there again.

The room was incredibly dirty including trash in drawers and under beds, crumbs on the dresser, mold in the bathroom, cigarette ash in the elevator and smoke smell in the room.

Worst stay ever!!! 1:00 am in the morning had to move to another room because there were young kids in the room beside us being loud and smoking in their room and we couldn’t sleep. Told the front desk. They asked them to calm down and it didn’t work. So at 1:30 am on our anniversary stay we were getting dressed and moving all our things to another room. Had a king bed and was moved to a queen bed... not happy at all.

Toilet Paper shortage There was Sticky Stuff on the kitchen floor that we used our towels to clean up, stains all over the carpet. The kicker was NO toilet paper. I'm not talking low roll, I'm talking NO ROLL and NONE in the room as a replacement. Luckily there was a small box of tissues. Yikes! There was never anyone at the desk. You had to go to the phone at the elevator and call the office for someone to come to the desk. Good Luck, people! there are plenty of hotels around, keep looking.

No hot water. Had to shower in another room no hair dryer. Very noisy. Squeaky floors from upstairs room
