We had an issue with the bedroom TV. The picture was not coming though. I let the desk know about it and they said they would get someone on it. Maybe the problem was not fixable, but at least let me know because when we returned that evening, same issue. In addition, maybe it was just our room, but there was a not fresh smell.

This was a well maintained property, with helpful and personable staff. The location was a short drive from the attractions we had planned to see.
