Nice place Very comfortable suite but can't wait to get back to having ice, breakfast and pool.

Comfortable stay The floor was sticky in our room in areas and one of the beds had something on the sheets. The halls and the room had a weird smell. We went to Target next door and bought a wax warmer. The Fridge and bath were extremely clean. The location is easy to get in and out of. It has lots of choices for shopping and it was near the event location in Westerville that we were attending. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Everyone was very friendly. The sink would not drain, and the toilet would not flush in one of our two rooms. That was unacceptable. The other room was fine. They said they would give me an allowance for the problems, but did not.

Love being able to cook. Nice to have a couch. Excellent Covid precautions. Expedia had us booked for 2 separate nights instead of 2 consecutive nights but Ronnie & Carmen were great working it all out. Alysha was great at check in - very informative, knowledgeable & helpful. We will absolutely stay there again.
The front desk girl was very friendly.

It was a nice facility. My only minor complaint is that I could not find how to change settings on the A/C. I could not even turn it off, and the fan ran continually. Otherwise, it was fine.
