My stay at Extended Stay America was enjoyable, and the customer service was exceptional. The room was immaculate. Overall, I had a delightful experience.

Stayed for one night. Very friendly, clean, convenient for where we were going.
Nice place and close to restaurants. Clean and spacious.
Meh Had to look for a front desk person to check me in. Room could have been cleaner. Couldn’t adjust temp in room. Felt like the floor wasn’t sturdy in some places in the hallway, and felt the same way in bath tub. Shower fixtures were very hard to adjust
