Update the place Check in receptionist very rude. Bed very uncomfortable and room really outdated. The “breakfast” is a muffin and coffee. Place could use some new staff and updating and it might be an okay stay.

I know it was a grab and go but there wasn’t anything for my kids to drink with their muffin. Ridiculous that I had to go spend another $40 for breakfast.

Was a clean room, quiet
Disapointing Initially had a non pet room our booking was for a ground floor pet room and we checked twice beforehand to make sure we were set. When we arrived they assigned us to a third floor non pet room and they told us we couldn’t stay !!! Finally after much discussion and time they allowed us to stay in a non pet room and transferred us after three days. They charged a $250 pet fee verses the$150 max per stay as stated on hotels.com page . We will dispute this.

so-so hotel stay Nothing special. Chrome in the tub was gross and old. Stain on the tile in the tub area. Had to search for the trash cans. Only one cart and the cleaning person needed it during check out time, that he also chose to mop the reception area floors.
