Neglected room without proper setup - not good I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Dublin, OH, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival at 11 PM, I encountered two men in the parking lot, one of whom was shirtless, engaging in loud conversation. This made me feel uneasy and raised concerns about the hotel's security. Room carpet very dirty and stained. Mold on exterior windows and wall.

Very run down! The rooms looked dirty. Under the couch there was trash and nail clippings. Asked for extra pullows for the pull out and they didn't have any. They gave us a blanket that we didn't end up using because it had hair balled up on it. Very disappointed with our stay.

It smelled like cigarettes even tho it says no smoking. Very dirty. Sink faucet was broken.

I will never go back or book with this hotel. The room was dirty with linens full of blood, dust behind the tv stand with stinky socks. The sofa bed has Cheerios and cookies in the bed. The best part is the pillows unclean , full of dark spots.

I paid 114 for a room with two double beds. The size was adequate but there were many problems. I wish we had tried sleeping in a parking lot in our car. The air system in the bathroom was filthy and open a hole in the wall. It did not operate. The tub drain was disgusting. The drawer on the stand between the beds was nasty.
