Avoid The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. There was mildew on the shower, the toilet was clogged and sink wouldn't drain. The bathroom floor and sink/vanity was dirty. I was handed a plunger to it myself.

When i got off elevator the hall had a musty smell. And the room was worst. I opened windows to try and air out. The was cloths had pubic hairs . The bed smelled dirty . The room and bed sheets meed to be cleand and deodorized.

I think I got "taken " When I arrived, they said the room I was to get had gotten flooded and they could put us in another room for no cost increase - have not gotten the receipt yet but I think it is about $30 more. Original room was to be a small suite that sleeps 6 maximum - room obtained had king bed and a sofa bed. King OK but sofa had a badly stained mattress, sheets too small. Will not stay there again.

They did not have a portable crib available. Also the room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and not swept well. There also wasn't any bedding for the pull out in the room. I had to ask at the desk.

They did not have the room I booked available. Booked a deluxe king; ended up with a small full room. Still charged the same price. TV didn’t work. Smelled throughout the hotel. Breakfast was granola bars.

Nasty tub backed u and toilet didn’t flush tablet and drain hairs in the bed as that didn’t work whenever went to check in later in the evening receptionist was moody and snappy and not hospitable
