The hotel called and cancelled our reservation, saying our room was flooded. They tried to tell us to go to a hotel 30 minutes away. We reserved at that specific location for a family event. We did not agree to go to the second hotel, and ended up staying at a hotel near the original one, at double the price.

The outside was very appealing. The inside was not so great. I stayed in the double bed with pull out couch room. Everything was super outdated. We had a kitchenette with no utensils, no plates, paper towels etc. we booked the room for 5 people and we had 3 towels in the room. When we called for more, they told us we would have to come get them. The pull out bed did not have sheets, blankets or pillows. The regular beds were ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. Front desk service was great. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast but it’s a nice morning snack. Rooms were dirty, trash under beds. Room was small. Hot water sucked. Bed was harder than a bag of rocks.

The room wasn’t what I expect… do not have the kitchen utensils… they give me half of the things … the room have a weird smell… when I was leaving the person in charge was really rude and treat me bad … I left some things in the room and they don’t give to me back … I never going back to that hotel …

Trash wasn't taken out, no breakfast in the morning coffee only a available 6am-9:30am. No regular cleaning. You have to request the dishes for the room.

Horrible and gross. Room was filthy. Other people’s shaving hairs all over the sink, used towels behind the door. Floors made our feet black in 20 min. Said complimentary breakfast, which ended up being packet oatmeal for your room.
