Not clean enough! I only stayed for one night. The room at first glance appeared clean but stay in there more than 5 minutes and the unkept environment was very apparent. The floors were not cleaned in a while. Lots of fingerprints everywhere. Toilet didn’t work properly. Had to flush twice because the tank would not fill properly the first flush and the toilet seat was not fastened down on one side which maintenance was not on site until Monday to fix it. booked several weeks early through Expedia. Called night of arrival at 11:30 pm to confirm soon arrival. Woman at front desk confirmed and said to come when we can. Arrived at the property at 12:20am, and night desk person said we did no longer had our room. he was very helpful on calling local properties but none were available. we had to drive thru the night for home.

The room was dirty and run down. The shower was so bad that none of us felt comfortable using it. We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch, but nobody was at the lobby desk, so we had to call to get in touch with someone. The breakfast offering was coffee and packaged muffins and granola bars. The best thing I can say is that provided a roof over our heads for a night.

The room smelled terrible and made my family feel nauseous within 5 minutes. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the sofa bed, the counter top was pulling away from the door, there were crumbs on the cabinetry, there was a hole in the wall from the door knob. We were unable to stay here due to these conditions. When I called the following to speak to a manager about a refund the person on the phone was unhelpful and rude.
Carpet upon entrance was dirty. Rust in tub.no usb in room. Smoking in hallways.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED This hotel was disgusting. We didn't even stay there because of the filthiness, holes in the wall, no bathroom in our room and could barely breath in the room. Staff was pleasant and refunded me immediately. Wouldn't recommend staying there at all. EVER!
