A great weekend getaway except for the hotel! Upon arriving, we immediately smelled a sewage smell in the lobby area on the main floor. We requested a non-smoking room. It was a very busy weekend and we arrived late so we got a smoking room. I have severe asthma and it was difficult to be in our room. The entire floor was filled with smoke smell. bad neighbors We were woken up at midnight by loud neighbors. The hotel staff said they would check into it but the noise continued and then there was no answer at the front desk. I think they were hiding under it. Disappointed that they did not take care of the issue. Bad night of sleep.

Disappointing hotel but great staff. Hotel staff was great but they could not make up for the dirty carpets, dirty in-room couch, and overall odor in the hotel. Our bathroom had water damage and a strong odor. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive and tried to address the problem but the problem is that the hotel needs completely updated.

Not clean, terrible check-in service Our check-in attendant (11:30pm) was utterly uninformed and unhelpful. She didn't know how to handle the pet fee for our dog and tried to charge my credit card for the hotel despite the fact that I had already paid via hotels dot com. Further our room, especially the bathroom was dirty.

Never again If you can afford to spend a little extra, stay someplace else. The high speed ($4 a week) internet is locked down to .50MB/s, then they want more money to increase the speed. So if you’re planning on surfing the net and require acceptable speeds, stay someplace else. The continental breakfast appears to be more along the lines of something fresh from the freezer. Not much going for it Floors and carpets needrplacing. Furniture missing. Bathroom tiny and the quality of he shower was horrible. Extra charge for Internet. Who does that now? Very small selection of tv channels. Overall, poor hotel experience. Refrigerator did work.

Extended Stay Deluxe Very disappointing. The rooms were in terrible shape, bathroom tub wouldn't drain, room was dirty. Definitely would not recommend.
