glad i went through expedia. we were able to check in about an hour early and they staff was great, but that's about the only good. walked into the room and it smelled literally awful, almost like rotten ramen noodles. the room was never at a comfortable temperature and the thermostat did not work at all.

outdated Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel was outdated and seemed dirty.

It must have been an old broom closet! Upon check-in at 4:30 pm I waited no less than 20 minutes for clerk to finish checking in ONE guest in front of me. I had booked Deluxe King Suite SMOKING. I was handed a paper to initial in several places (didn't have another 20 minutes to read through it all) but noticed I was given a King non-smoking room. A great weekend getaway except for the hotel! Upon arriving, we immediately smelled a sewage smell in the lobby area on the main floor. We requested a non-smoking room. It was a very busy weekend and we arrived late so we got a smoking room. I have severe asthma and it was difficult to be in our room. The entire floor was filled with smoke smell. bad neighbors We were woken up at midnight by loud neighbors. The hotel staff said they would check into it but the noise continued and then there was no answer at the front desk. I think they were hiding under it. Disappointed that they did not take care of the issue. Bad night of sleep.

Disappointing hotel but great staff. Hotel staff was great but they could not make up for the dirty carpets, dirty in-room couch, and overall odor in the hotel. Our bathroom had water damage and a strong odor. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive and tried to address the problem but the problem is that the hotel needs completely updated.

Not clean, terrible check-in service Our check-in attendant (11:30pm) was utterly uninformed and unhelpful. She didn't know how to handle the pet fee for our dog and tried to charge my credit card for the hotel despite the fact that I had already paid via hotels dot com. Further our room, especially the bathroom was dirty.
