Not so great Luckily we only stayed for one night. One of the air conditioning units did not work and they made no attempt to fix it while we were there. We were offered a box fan which would have done nothing and would not have worked with our toddler. The room was dark and dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy with spiders in the corners and mold in the tub. In a pinch, it's a roof over your head, but I would never book a room here again or recommend it to anyone.

Staff were friendly. There was a used washcloth in the shower. And opened soap packages and a dirty bathroom sink-
Dirty!! The hotel was very dirty, I found food on the floor, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, and I found half a condom wrapper between the bed and nightstand. It was in plain sight not sure how housekeeping would of missed it. The "breakfast" is a joke also.
Horrible staff, unfriendly and very slow. We had a horrible experience with 1 staff member in particular, Donna.
Hotel staff really bad. Checked in at 6 still not ready.

The room had a weird smell that would knock me out every time I came back into my room. When I arrived there were hairs all over the bathroom, some on the sink, on the hairdryer and in the tub. And my bedsheets were disgusting. They had blood stains on them, along with a bunch of hairs and other colored stains. It wasn't just one section either it was the whole sheet. Having not stayed at this type of hotel before, I was unprepared for the lack of customer service, (I.e. late wake-up calls, no coffee in the breakfast area, untidy room and no amenities in the kitchen even though j requested them.)
Staff is rude ! I wouldn't come back here and I would never recommend this hotel to any one.
