The room had a weird smell that would knock me out every time I came back into my room. When I arrived there were hairs all over the bathroom, some on the sink, on the hairdryer and in the tub. And my bedsheets were disgusting. They had blood stains on them, along with a bunch of hairs and other colored stains. It wasn't just one section either it was the whole sheet. Having not stayed at this type of hotel before, I was unprepared for the lack of customer service, (I.e. late wake-up calls, no coffee in the breakfast area, untidy room and no amenities in the kitchen even though j requested them.)

Staff is rude ! I wouldn't come back here and I would never recommend this hotel to any one.

No ammenities! Should have read the fine print about weekly cleaning service. Disappointed with the single plastic cup, no housekeeping and very mediocre breakfast. Won't be returning since there are so many options in the immediate area.

Never Again Won't stay again. No staff at the desk to assist on the 2 occasions that I went down.

horrible stay I requested nonsmoking and I have asthma. After check in took 20-30 minutes...even after I made online reservation. ...my keys didnt work well. Had to make a trip from 3rd floor....farthest point from front desk. Finally I get into my room and it was a smoking room. desk

Nice Location...but The location was wonderful, however the hotel itself not that great. The walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you and below you. You know what everyone is cooking because you can smell it. The bathrooms seemed clean but bathtub was stained and had no stopper. All the the caulking was coming out. They claim to have a free breakfast. Their breakfast was prepackaged granola bars in a bowl and some fruit. I will say the staff was wonderful and very helpful!

try to avoid phone wasn't working. checked out 2 days ahaed of 7 day trip and still they force me to pay for entire trip. entire columbus was booked for some event, rooms were selling for premium so it's obvious that they will sell the room once i checked out early. no body lotion in the room at all and no room service even for 7 day stay. only good thing was rooms are large.
