the bathroom fan was very loud! The beds were very uncomfortable. The room just felt dirty.

Only weekly room service..no where mentioned on the site when booking unless you dig deep into it.'Breakfast' is an eyewash...nothing more than just a coffee and a grab n go snack.
Hopefully Never Again! Hopefully, I will not stay at Extended Stay America, and I pray never at this one particular one in the near future. Check-in was erratic. Room did not have a telephone, light did not burn, bathroom door did not lock. Even the billing was wrong. The hot water in the lobby for coffee etc., never was frequently lukewarm. Messy and lacked amenities Although an attractive building with newer look inside and out, we were very grossed out by how filthy dirty the lobby and elevator were. Our room lacked basic amenities; no soap dish, no hooks in bathroom, and no toilet paper holder! TP just sat on back of toilet. No hair dryer. But, mostly, there was no trash can in the entire room! I hope these things are addressed and fixed for guests in the future.
Over booked, then split my family up into two separate rooms without calling to let me know of issue. Theyou gave me a free night stay, which I will use , just not at this location
