AC/heat unit issues. No towels or hangers First room they put me in had an AC unit that didn't work. The night front desk gal was fabulous (1st name started with a T) and she quickly accommodated me to a different room. That rooms AC had been frozen up due to too low of a temperature setting. (60 degrees) but luckily the fan worked. After a couple of hours the AC unfroze & started to work, but by morning it wasn't again. I told the front desk & seemingly a repair guy fixed it. Our beds had other people's trash under them! All in all this place was okay, with a couple rather significant caveats. First, the positives: The front desk staff were extremely gracious and accommodating. We needed to change rooms when we first arrived, and this was no problem. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in for three nights left a lot to be desired. We could smell smoke in the room which caused a bad headache and no sleep at night.

Just ok in Columbus We had our dog for his first hotel stay. Unfortunately he found a torn up Styrofoam cup under the bed which he proceeded to eat. We were not happy with this level of clean. But otherwise room was Ok.

I originally booked a queen room and when I arrived with my boyfriend, the woman at the desk told me she had to "upgrade" me to a room with two full beds which would be cheaper. This was after I paid for the queen room online so I didnt get any money back and got a smaller bed!! We tried to let it go and checked the room out and realizing how small the beds were we went back down to switch out the room. PAY A LITTLE MORE AMD STAY AT A DECENT HOTEL No housekeeping, no coffee in the lobby in the evenings, no supplies in our room. Continental breakfast is cheap, dry prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Staff did not appear at the counter for approximately 20 minutes. Sketchy looking customers. Would not repeat my stay.

Terrible Bed, Maintenance Issues, But Good Staff At first glance it seemed fine. Friendly staff, easy check in, spacious room. But be warned, there are almost no amenities included beyond towels and a couple of soaps. Maybe that's normal for extended stay, but it was bare bones. Of bigger concern were the terrible bed and the maintenance issues. The bed was awful, quite possibly the least comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.
