Walked in the lobby and it smelled like smoke the floors were dirty like it had not been mopped or swept, and I also used the restroom it looked like it had not been cleaned either. I decided not to stay I have a 5 month old and did not feel safe staying. I was charged a one night fee like if I stayed in a room I had two rooms booked and was charged $158 as if it was my fault I didn’t cancel in time if they kept up with the cleanliness and smoke odor I would have stayed.

The presence of roaches, one of which crawled across my foot while I was showering, is a serious infestation issue that poses a significant health risk. Breakfast is only a muffin or oatmeal. Room was dirty; shower walls were sticky as were the floors in the restroom and kitchen. TV signal did not work the majority of the stay. Bugs throughout the hotel room, dusty room- under bed was full dust

The facility was dated and roaches. I will never stay there again

We got there super late, and checked in got up to our room and the room had been downsized to 1 bed. I had to go all the way back to the front desk and have it corrected as we paid in advance for the room and should not have been downsized. We did not notice the uncleanliness of the room until the next morning as it was very late when we arrived so we just went to bed. The room itself was NOT clean. Very poor lighting. The floor was extremely dirty I couldn't even walk bare footed. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent!! It took forever to take a shower. I'm so glad I brought along my own towels to dry with as the towels provided smelled horrible. I had to drive down the street to buy a cup of ice because your facility doesn't have an ice machine and I wasn't about to try to make ice and wait overnight for ice to form in the freezer. Every aspect of this facility failed to even meet nice expectations. The rooms werent cleaned well, staff was NEVER around, breakfast wasnt even much of a breakfast (Horrible tasting Muffins and coffee). Cockroach infested rooms and AC units that are barely kicking. I woke up every day I was there (4 days 3 nights) with an insane sore throat and stuffy nose due to the lack of air in the room. People were insanely loud too.
