I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Corpus Christi, and it was far from an ideal place to stay. If I had arrived in Corpus Christi earlier, I would have chosen a different hotel. Upon check-in, there was no one at the front desk to assist us, so I had to call a number to get help. When I entered my hotel room, the carpet was dirty, and there was a distinct unpleasant smell. La habitación tenía un olor muy feo y saqué estadía sobre todo por el desayuno y era oatmeal , y café , que cuando pusimos agua para hacerlo , era agua sucia . Muy pobre , mustio y con olor a cigarro de hierbas . No volvería a ir jamás !

Beds had burnt holes (cigarette ones) , and the room was full of cockroaches.

First off the room was filthy the bed was stained and there was bugs my girl got bit by some bugs on her chest and every time I asked to speak to the manger about it several diffent lady's told me he should be here around 10 or 11 and I waited for both times he never showed. Friendly staff rock hard beds hairy bathroom muffins from the gas station for breakfast

No breakfast. Carpet in rooms very dirty, old towels that looked like they were dirty, toilet had to flush ar least 3 times. No ice machine, no TV service was down. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Check in and staff were fine and friendly. No issues. The low score comes from the property appearance and the condition of the room. I do not blame staff. These are long-term issues that could only come from poor management and a lack of investment in the property from corporate leadership. The entire property is in need of major refurbishment.
