There was a mistake on dates chosen and they would not accommodate me only tried to charge me an additional $100 fee after i jad already paid for the room.Not very happy....had to drive all the way back home.

Room very old and outdated. No sheets pillows or blanket for sleeper sofa.Sheets and blankets on bed were stained. Carpet, refrigerator in kitchenette, counters, toilet was dirty. Toilet seat broken, screws on back of toilet were loose, so seat moved. German roaches in bath room and adult one on one of the beds. THE BED!!?? Pool was nasty. Pool wasn't cleaned, leaves and debris floating on top and bottom of Pool. Someone should be checking ph-at very least. Parking lot had very shady people and parking very limited. If I could give 0 stars I would. This property was gross. We found 2 cockroaches on night 1, and the sheets were dirty. When we asked for the bedding for the pull out couch, it was a waded up mess so unclear if it was even clean or just being reused at that point. Staff was nice but property was nasty. Do not recommend staying here. We even checked out after our first night and found somewhere else to stay for the rest of our 5 night stay as it was so bad we couldn’t remain there.

There was nothing to like..upon entry it was dirty and musty. I wanted to ask if i could vacuum. The whole entire place needed cleaning..ALL THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY WITH TRASH, TRASH CANS FULL. i wouldnt dare eat ehatever rhe breakfast may have been just seeing how dirty the rest of the place was. AND THERE WERE FLEAS!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN MFERS!

The people upstairs where horribly loud all night. The front desk talked to them, but the noise never stopped. There were also roaches in my room. The back of the bathroom door was disgusting. The staff was really great but the hotel overall was nasty.

The hotel sheets and pillows cases had stains on it the whole room smelled like mildew and the iron they had in the room ruined my shirt with some sticky substance on it and the complimentary breakfast was literally some pre packaged stale muffin oat meal and burnt watered down coffee would never rent a room again here

First room we were assigned the sheets were dirty so we got moved then there were roaches in the bathroom of the second room and then we were moved once again and just did not enjoy the stay at All. Couldn’t find a luggage cart to load stuff so had to carry it ourselves and just wasn’t a good stay at all
