Good value for location. Hotel was what we expected. Bare minimum kitchen utensils. Had to request a skillet from desk. We had a comfortable enough stay, but poor kitchen ventilation prevented any real cooking in the small apartment. For the money we would stay again.

Nice room for the money. I like the one free night with the purchase of three nights. Customers should remember that there is no daily house keeping, but the front desk will exchange towels and linen if needed. Front desk was polite, nice, and helpful. No tv remote control, but front desk replaced with another, but had a little difficultly changing channels. I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen. Overall nice visit. I would use hotel again.

The room was outdated and falling apart. The tub had been spackled to cover god knows what, the shower head was dingy, you could feel a soft spot in the floor of the tub when showering, the toilet paper holder was overlapping the toilet area and would dig into us while using the restroom, beds were rock hard with stains on the mattress covers, elevator needs serious repair, floors were sticky and you could feel week spots, stove was so old I was afraid to use it, no screens on the windows, no chair at the desk, no doors or h... read more

The rooms were infested with roaches. There were zero trash cans in the room. We requested blankets and towels and did not receive them. We booked a room with a bed and a pullout couch and the room we were given had a bed and a chair. They advertise continental breakfast but the only breakfast they offer is prepackaged muffins and coffee. Seriously, I’ve had better stays at Motel 6.

Breakfast was coffee and small muffins next to front desk, room was outdated and run down. Asked for 4 towels they only had 2 clean to give me. Kitchen cabinets falling off hinges. Pull out bed was filthy. Keys stopped working every day. Stay somewhere else

Undisclosed pet fees. Dirt dishes in the dishwasher, hair in the shower. Definitely needs some updating.

Room was okay. Luggage trolleys old and not rolling maneuverably. Pool had just 3 folding chairs and fully occupied by one single family. Trash strewn in pool area. Front desk frequently left unattended and nobody available for room key issue or towel requests, then told takes a few hours for towels.

There was a leak in our room. We had to be moved in the middle of the night. It was humid the entire time we stayed. The air didn't work properly.
