Great room and customer service for the price The stay here was a great deal for the price. We book a 100.00 room online for less that 70.00. One of my children dirtied up the bed sheets and I was worried about being charged extra. I spoke with the manager whom very quickly calmed my fears assured me there were no charges and kids make a mess from time to time. Thanks Extended stay America.

Eh On arrival tv remote was missing and in the info on hotels.com it says “Premium Cable” there were maybe 10 channels and we couldn’t even watch the Astros playoff game bc they didn’t have fox sports . Staff was ok, area is nice, overall, decent value for a quick place to sleep.

It was a pretty nice hotel. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in my room. It was a strong smell. It was very convenient to everything.
