What I didn't like was no room service during my stay. Had the same sheets and towels all weekend long.

The place was not in the best part of town.

Not the galleria. The room was clean and worth the price, and included all the requirements needed to have a week-long stay. Oddly enough, there were no shampoo bottles, bunt otherwise it was good!

rude front desk front desk was rude and always seemed "stressed" for the most part, not explaining things well...less than accommodating...everything in the room was old, worn and less than fresh...worst extended stay I've ever been at
