Not a Star Trek white guy, but a middle eastern gentleman named Khan, ruined it. Time has passed and I've slept since then, and knowing I'll never go back doesn't compel me too much to write a lengthy raking over the coal. If you want my opinion, don't go. If you want further explanation, contact me. I'd rather talk 1-on-1 about why, rather than blast their page with negativity.

Consequences for understaffing This hotel does not treat they're employees well. They overwork them and understand them. What does that mean for customers like me? Waiting 3 hours before my room is ready. Waiting an hour because only 1 person is handling the front. I was in a rush that night and ended up being extremely late to my event. Don't give them your card info! There was a lot wrong with this place, the biggest is that they took my full $100 deposit. I called the next day to find out why, and they said it was because I didn't check out the next morning. In what world do you have to physically go down to the office to check out to get your deposit? They said they'd refund the charge, but only refunded less than half. When I called back, they said that they didn't have anyone check the room after I left, so they charged me for a second night? It was a ... read more

Cheap price, cheap service Had to wait 2 hours to get my deposit back because the night guy dropped all the money. I paid cash. Booked a queen size room on here and when I got their they didn't have it. Service was poor.

Room from (HELL) !!!! I checked in, got my room key, walked in my room, their were empty food plates everywhere, the blanket was on the floor it was more but too much to explain, so they gave me a second room, when I walked in it seemed clean but when I went in the restroom there were dirty wet face rags and towels on the floor, and the room smelled like marijuana.

Not clean... The original room that I was assigned had not been cleaned. I was assigned a different room and there was an odor that I can't explain. The comforter on the bed was not clean. I turned on the air and the room became dusty to the point of activating my allergies. Not to mention, I couldn't sleep.
