Nice hotel staff yet not well kept hotel I am sad to say this was a very unpleasant experience. The staff is very kind & do work with what they can however the overall hotel is a big disappointment. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned & I found 2 cockroaches. The breakfast was barely anything. Very disappointed

My SWEET room wasn't clean when I git it and it took them three hours after I got there to get it then one night a big roach was in the bed with me

Below poor customer service I was not able to stay my reservation was cancled by hotel due to water leaks. Also was not given any assistance to change hotels or refund

Little upset The deluxe room but much nicer than the standard room however there was no hot water 24 hours. Made for very inconvenient stay. And for the second time I showed up after paint my reservation and they did not have a room for me. Starting to be very frustrating. Only way I got my room is upgrading to the delux room. Aware if you pay for this room and count on it it sometimes doesn't work out for you. Worst service ever Horrible service , rooms were not clean and had a odor. We asked for towels and was told we had to bring soiled linen to them first. In addition to what I paid for the room they charged one hundred dollars to my card for security deposit that has not yet been put back on my card.
