Room wasn't stocked No plates, cups, etc. in the kitchen. Went to the office to ask and was given a wash tub with plates, cups, etc so I could go stock the kitchen. Only about 10 squares of toilet paper. Went the next morning to the office to try and get toilet paper and after looking, was told they had gone to get some and would be back in about 10 or 15 minutes.

Poor Customer Service and overall not as it appear Reserved a 2 night stay for a Deluxe Studio with a Sofa pullout for my family. Arrived to check-in at 4pm and was given a regular room with queen bed and no sofa. When I complained to hotel that the room I was given is not what I reserved, I was told, Sorry we don't have any more Deluxe Studios available - then told to call Expedia if I had a problem. SHUT IT DOWN NO TOILET PAPER NO ROOM REGARDLESS OF RESERVATION BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPING SHOW UP TO WORK. So i had to leave the first night pay the flat rate at a motel until housekeeping decided to come to work. EXTENDED STAY HA!!! No dishes no toilet paper no towels!!!! Booked and PAID FOR A WEEK FOR A ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LET OUT SOFA NO SOFA TWO BROWN CHAIRS MY CHILDREN HAD TO SLEEP ON AN AIR MATTRESS I PURCHASED. I tried multiple times to cancel this reservation because of a family issue and they didn't respond. Now they had tried to charge my card multiple times.

Something else They double charged my card for 1. The people who work there have attitudes. When I stayed there was no towels clean. Fire Alarm went off for hours.

THe room smelled of smoke. We could not get sheets for our hideaway bed. The front attendant would not open the door for us to get the sheets.
