Awful smell in room Terrible smell in room. Told the office and gave a spray for bad smell and that was it. Said didn't have another room available. Would never stay again.

I didn't sleep over because of isn't cline . I like cline room and customer service and also fare price and so on

There was still food in the fridge carpet stains. Service was really good after all .

I didn't feel safe here. I left and came back for one night to get to an early appointment and the room didn't have a remote and they never brought one so no tv for the stay.

Deception Extremely dirty : sheets had brown and yellow stains (not sure if they had been washed) and bathroom had toilet paper on the floor. Room was dark as light bulbs were not working. The "included breakfast" was almost inexistant : coffee cups and biscuits could be picked up at the reception desk. Free wifi, free parking and kind staff.

Hotel promised and then broke there promise We arrived at the hotel on coits rd which was a extended stay America hotel i went in and asked where to park our tractor trailer and tbe lady said i never told Expedia we had such parking the lady with expedia said she had indeed confirmed tractor trailer parking and that the hotel said yes they had such parking so the hotel said we could park on the side of the building on the side of the street so went out there noticed that both sides of the street said no parking so i called h... read more

Eh at best... If you check in after 12am, there is no front desk agent. Everything was just ok and the room was clean. They have a long 30 minute check in and because of problems with the system we stood there for an hour + in the cold Lobby. It's insane how old their computers are. This felt like a weird temp apartment complex. No real hospitality.
