The facility needed major updating and cleaning. Corridor carpet, room carpet, glazing...

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, footprints on headboard, bolts stripped on toilet seat, kinda dirty, AC didn't work, remote controls didn't work...

Roaches and feces DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT WAS DIRTY AND HAD BABY ROACHES AS WELL AS the RESTROOM BEING NASTY AS HELL. It smelled awful in the hallway !! I complained and was given another room which was worst than the original room. It was clear house keeping is a joke there bec it was dusty and dead roaches in the front closet letting me know you don’t even sweep. As well as boo boo smeared on the lid of the toilet. Sorry ass house keeping. I have an infant with me I didn’t want him to touch nothing !!

The air conditioning system had went out in the majority if the rooms in the hotel. One man asked about compensation and the receptionist told him that is something he had to take up with someone else in the morning.

Need a hospital stay here a place to go The lady at the front desk had a attitude but the next lady that help use was great. They had us waiting 25 or so for our room cause it was not clean. When we got to our room it was dirty floors was sticky too didnt say nothing cause my little one was sleepy. Also when my little one drop toys under the bed it was nasty like they hide all dirt there.
