Horrifying Hotel staff was very rude, we paid for the hotel ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, we were told they had no more rooms but then had one, rooms and hallways reeked of cigarettes and weed, blood stains on carpet and cockroaches everywhere. People who stay there are clearly long time stayers (i know “extended stay”) but hotel allows them to trash the place and scare away other people. Prison would be cleaner then this place. Bad respect the reservation and the terms of booking. It did not meet my expectations because my flight was delayed and my room was reassigned to other people and they double charged my reservation. I paid with my credit card and even so I had to pay again at the accommodation.
