It was an ok choice, I’d stay there again if I had to. I only choose this hotel for the hot breakfast. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast it was a paper bag breakfast which I didn’t get so I’m guessing it was fruit and a muffin. limited cable channels and the hearing and air unit made a clicking sound. It was quiet

The hotel that gets worse and worse. The staff was very rude to me when I confronted them about a door to the building which did not lock. People who did not stay there were in and out of the building both times I stayed there. When I mentioned it to the manager he told me that " there are other hotels that I could stay at if I am unhappy...." There are a lot of homeless people that loiter in the parking lot of the hotel. Fair It's non smoking and I was right next to the exit door and every time I went out people that were homeless were trying to come in or they was just standing outside and it was uncomfortable for my kids The staff was great

Had potential to be comfortable till I saw the roaches. The roaches crawl up and down the walls , the smell in the hallways and in the room was weird, the elevators weren’t working, some of the doors aren’t working.

it’s better than most places the breakfast I was told you can only get one muffin when there is just muffins and oatmeal packets that it don’t eat just stop doing breakfast because that’s not a breakfast take it off your site please most of the staff was nice except the old lady she have a attitude and should not be in the front at all I’m guessing she is house keeping and that’s where she need to be at other than that everything been great

NOPE I walk in and it was already a nightmare from elm street! I knew something wasn’t right about this hotel. but I just went with my positive thoughts. so after I had gotten my room key, I went to the 2nd floor which already smelled like weed, in the hallway! came to my room door and I can open my room without my key. I got there to check in at 300 and had to wait until 5 because my room wasn’t ready and the elevator was broke the staff the location
