For the price, you get what you get. Thankfully, everything was as advertised so nothing truly fell short of expectation (not saying I had very high expectations either.) For a place you need to lay your head and if a grand hotel experience isn’t too important to you, you’ll be perfect here. I did however have to remove the smoke alarm & battery because it was going off with nothing to provoke it (This review would be different had a fire event actually happened).

Thumbs down Weird place. My room was very weird. Would have preferred an upstairs unit in one of the other buildings.

Late night arrival After making a last minute reservation my teenage daughter and I arrived by taxi from DFW. I called the front desk to buzz us in and the night shift person was very rude. I'm outside on the courtesy phone and the night shift employee tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation and they were in the middle of the night audit and couldn't help us. I asked when the night audit is done if they would give me my room. So much more to this story but we finally got a room around 2am. I will NEVER stay there again!... read more

Not what i expected When I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready. I had to wait an additional hour before I could get a room. On my second day there the toilet backed up into the bathtub. Was only given a room change after the clerk at the front desk expected me to wait two hours before maintenance got on the site

We stayed 3/26/21. The front desk clerk was nice. It is located in a great area. We only stayed one night but it seems safe as well. It was quiet and I was glad we could have our dog with us. The room was clean. Only thing was that I took a shower and water was lukewarm. Never came out hot but then when my husband took one it did lol. We’ll be back when we’re in the area for sure.

Frontdesk associate was great as we tried to find my reservation, and when it finially popped up hours after I made it, she made sure to get the check in process completed quickly so I could relax in my room, safe and sound.
