Did not expect to stay in Dallas overnight. One recommendation is I would never take my shoes off inside my room at this hotel. The carpeting was totally dirty and the locks were not the greatest.

The hotel is convenient but under construction the room was somewhat clean expect the rich by the sink the bed was good needs a little approvement!

For the price, you get what you get. Thankfully, everything was as advertised so nothing truly fell short of expectation (not saying I had very high expectations either.) For a place you need to lay your head and if a grand hotel experience isn’t too important to you, you’ll be perfect here. I did however have to remove the smoke alarm & battery because it was going off with nothing to provoke it (This review would be different had a fire event actually happened).

we came at 1pm, the room was not ready. we came back at 4pm, the room was still not ready. The room was supposed to be non smoking but there was a cigarette smell in the room and a cigarette burn on the toilet bowl. The bathroom had a bad smell., The garbage cans were overfilled with garbage bags and lots of them were on the floor.

Not recommendable The lady at the front desk was nice and kind. It was practically the only thing I considered acceptable. Other than that, the cleanness and comfort was far from satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.
