Smelled of stale smoke. Carpet had stains. Bathtub tile is old and worn. There was a huge water bug in my room on my second night.

Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. Confused The lady at the front desk must have been new, she charged me 100 deposit and said it would be refunded. However, I haven't seen the redund hit my account. They've never charged me a deposit before and I've stayed there several times.

Could do better The room shows signs of being dated and could use some maintenance. The bathtub is cracked and the soap dish has been jerry-rigged. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. They did make amends in providing ma an upgrade. The only toiletry item that was available was shampoo. No soap or conditioner, no tissues and you could read through the translucent TP.
