Hotels.com is seriously damn good! Through Hotels.com I landed a 58 dollar rate! Price/value is excellent!!!! I will have two free nights after the next stay! I have not found better rates in the Dallas that best Hotel.com rates! Much thanks!

The room was clean and the furniture was in fair shape, but the room was bare of even minimal comforts. The check in clerk did not explain that the kitchenette would have NO dishware or cookware unless it was requested. There wasn’t even a coffee maker unless requested. The bathroom had one TINY bottle of shampoo and two of the smallest soaps I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There were no paper towels in the kitchenette, nor facial tissue in the room at all. Very nice, and at my Hotels.com rate, it was even better. I was a hotel engineer for 20 years and the wife, who started as a waitress in the 80’s, worked her way up to a regional manager before retiring. So we know hotels and quality! Thank you!!!!

Stay away I was checked into a smoking room and no option was offered. The key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception to get it fixed . Breakfast options are non existent. Pathetic!
