Very nice hotel. Only problem room was for 6 people they would only give out towels for four people. Leaving us two towels short. Othewise a very nice hotel.

Perfect business area I went to Dallas on business and needed a more reasonably priced location to stay than the location of my conference. I chose the Extended Stay in Las Colinas for that reason.

Hotel Las Colinas Irving Texas Everything was nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were great. The $4.99 internet activation fee was totally wrong. The Clerk allowed access for free, but the connections was slow. The continental breakfast was minimal and lacking. It was average Hi , Most of chain restaurants are very close by to this hotel - just half a mile walk which was very good. Room was clean but hotel staff was a bit casual and less professional. Also , it was a bit weird that they had two buildings and my room got allotted in second building ( away from reception ) and nobody can enter in that building without room keys. It is good for safety but you have to come down every time if somebody comes to see you.

Our first & last stay here. Check in was difficult for some reason? Took three phone calls to ?? with questions. Asked for a first floor room (traveling with a pet). Given a 3rd floor room at the opposite end of the hall from the elevator. Longest possible walk to pet area which wasn't marked. Reserved a Non-smoking. Room smelled of smoke & an ash tray was in the kitchen cabinet. Our key timed out 35 minutes early while we were packing the car, locking us out of our room while we were trying to load the car in the rain. Had ... read more
