It was just run down. The toilet moved forward when it was sat upon. The front desk person was not personable....didn't speak to me until I spoke. Just walked to the front desk and looked at me with the "can I help you look" and anything I asked for was a big deal and acted like it was very inconvenient.

The property booked rooms that were not available due to needed repairs. We were finally put in a room and it was in poor shape. Damaged molding, cabinets, looked old and worn down. The door lock just spun and didn’t work. There were roaches. This property does keep the dishes and coffee makers in the rooms. You have to request them. The room was not properly cleaned. Hair everywhere on the bathroom floor. Dead cockroach on the bedroom carpet. Pee stain on bathroom floor... worst gotel room i have ever stayed at...

The condition of the property was terrible. The bathrooms were filthy, and the carpets smelled funny. I do not recommend at all.

Security and privacy was a fail The swing lock was broken so that means one less line of defence from intrusion. The bathroom door would not close at all. It had a terrible misalignment. The review wouldn't allow me to use photos even I took them to show the concerns

Horrible! The room we were placed in should be deemed " inhabitable " for any human especially babies! we had four young children and we travel alot! I've always booked with extended stay because of the space and the rooms coming with Amenities such as fridge/stove! We came in late on the 27th!
