Great room but stinky The room was really nice. All my stuff wreaked of cigarette smoke when I left though and I booked a non smoking room. Check in and out was rediculously slow.
Car Trouble I had car trouble and had to make an emergency reservation, check in was later in the afternoon but I called and voiced my situation and the staff allowed me to check in early. Upon arrival the staff was so friendly and caring of my situation, they took really good care of me.
Good home away from home for extended stay I found found the hotel staff to be helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and I especially liked the recliner. As far as cleanliness, there were a couple of things that were overlooked for which I left a note for the housekeepers. In all other aspects the room was clean and stocked with what I needed. I will go there again when I am in the Lewisville, TX area.
