Getaway The chlorine in the inside pool was over whelming, smelled it in our room on the third floor, had to light a candle in order not to smell it.

Getaway There's an inside swimming pool and the chlorine was over whelming, our room was on the third floor and I could smell the chlorine in the room, had to light candles to keep from smelling it.

Not So Satisfied The ladies working the front desk were very polite and that is probably the best part of the whole experience. I came to Lewisville for work and the location of the hotel was close to the office and lots of restaurants. Then when it came to the cleanliness of the room, overall it was ok but when I went to use the restroom; it smelled like a urinal around the toilet area. I looked down towards the bottom of the toilet and I saw dried urine from another guest going and being off on his aim. Accidents happened ... read more

Room was affordable, but smelled like a gallon of cleaner had been sprayed all over everything. The hallways were similar, but not quite as offensive smell. Don't expect much in the way of comfort. Bring your own pillows!

NOT IMPRESSED The Manager (KRYSTAL CARTER) was a sweetheart and helped in EVERY way she possibly could!!! It was just very chaotic. The first night the heater broke and was making a very loud noise. The next morning there were bugs ALL over my bed (looked like termites)?? I had to move rooms 3 times! I've stayed in 5 or 6 Extended Stays around the country and never had this problem! No sure I would stay there anymore......................... Sincerely

internet fee paid over $5 to use their crappy wifi connection. I had to call a toll free number to get it setup through a proxy server and couldn't get my online game or teamspeak to work with it. Parking was hard to find, busy on the 4th of July people cooking out front took up parking places to setup a small rec area, making me have to park in the back of the hotel.
