bad hotel experience I was late in check in due to my flight delay, and the staff was totally rude, and they gave my room to someone else.
VERY DISAPPOINTEDLY!!! Only about half of the lights worked in the room. Went to take a HOT bath but the water only got to luke-warm! There was no blow dryer in the room. I asked for Kimg size bed, was told on phone conformed King size bed, our e-mail conformation was for Queen size bed, got 2 full size beds. NO HAPPY!!!
Just Ok truly not a great place Housekeeping.overall was very poor.Staff was VERY nice.

Mediocre at best The two staff members I met at the front desk were very friendly and courteous however, the hotel was dirty. The room was dirty and smelled funny. I WON'T use extend a stay again.
Room and hotel was dirty I travel quite a bit and this hotel is one of the worst i have stayed in. The floors were not vacuumed, the refrigerator was dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom. There were several other cleanliness issues I don't have the space to go into. The whole hotel stinks as smoking is allowed inside. The "breakfast" was just some candy bars, fruit and coffee. You should avoid this hotel.
Not a clean place The rooms were very dirty. I was so uncomfortable. I had too change rooms everything was so dirty.
Getaway The chlorine in the inside pool was over whelming, smelled it in our room on the third floor, had to light a candle in order not to smell it.

Not So Satisfied The ladies working the front desk were very polite and that is probably the best part of the whole experience. I came to Lewisville for work and the location of the hotel was close to the office and lots of restaurants. Then when it came to the cleanliness of the room, overall it was ok but when I went to use the restroom; it smelled like a urinal around the toilet area.
