We never had a room key since we arrived which I understand things happen and the room that we wanted for our dog wasn't available and we didn't get told till it was too late to cancel our reservation to get our money back everything wasn't prepared the way it should've been and I am glad that I decided to let her stay with someone I really wasn't happy with that decision when I booked the room way ahead of time someone should've checked to see if the room was available it wasn't like I made my reservation the day of. horrible Well as soon as I walked inside the hall there was a horrible smell .and the room didn't have dishes or cookware to use the kithchette.Will remember this hotel.

Outdated. No lobby or restrooms in lobby. The building had a bad odor. Run down. No early check ins. Surroundings not taken care of.

Be careful when booking here. We got double charged for 2 different amounts. The breakfast bar only consist of two different granola bars and 2 different flavored muffins that u can get at the vending machine. For $100 a night u can get better rooms and food at motel 6.

Bugs in the room. A/C stopped working and front desk did not offer to move us to a new room. Breakfast cannot even be called continental. Will not be returning to this place.

Check In Bad Hotel Policy's. Booked Hotel with Expedia, received Itinerary and conformation n.o via email. However on arrival at hotel there was nobody to be seen at front desk. Called Hotel, somebody finally answer after a long ringing. My Reservation or conformation not listed on there computer. Had to find another Hotel for the night. Not clean, wouldn't stay here again...ever. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. This hotel is in a relatively nice area and I expected it to reflect the area it was in but was sadly disappointed. After seeing the user ratings on Hotels.com, I was surprised by what I saw. Was given keys to an uncleaned room, staff was clearly frustrated with other staff members (room should have been cleaned) and it didn't seem like there was any customer service training for any of the staff.

Room not completely cleaned upon checkin. We wiped down the counters and removed previous occupants food items ourselves.
