employees were rude and were on the phone for about 10 minutes before they helped me, while talking about me in front of my family and i to the people on the phone with. also, there was an unexpected $100 deposit. “contential breakfast” was cery disappointing, only containing oatmeal and granola bars.

Dirty Hotel I chose this hotel for the kitchen, so that I could have plates, bowls, coffee pot in the room NOPE, NOTHING was in there you had to request it, why? That is why it is called extended stay for those reasons you want those items. I called to have extra towels brought to the room the front desk said, that I would have to come get them, the housekeeper does not come in until 9:30am and we can’t leave the desk. I was like what!! Never staying again at this hotel I left my lotion and body wash in the bathroom. I called and spoke with Marissa at the front desk and told her that I would be by to pick it up.She asked "when will I be by and I said about 30 to an hour. So I get there a sticky note is left on the dash starting the room and body wash. The lady that works the evening shift checked in cabinets, trash cans, the room, just everywhere for my stuff. Smelled bad and was dirty dont stay The room smelled awful and the sopa was opebed and used and hair was on the tiolet seat. There was a used towel under the sink. Worst hotel in Lewisville. I would stay elsewhere
