Never staying again at this hotel I left my lotion and body wash in the bathroom. I called and spoke with Marissa at the front desk and told her that I would be by to pick it up.She asked "when will I be by and I said about 30 to an hour. So I get there a sticky note is left on the dash starting the room and body wash. The lady that works the evening shift checked in cabinets, trash cans, the room, just everywhere for my stuff. Smelled bad and was dirty dont stay The room smelled awful and the sopa was opebed and used and hair was on the tiolet seat. There was a used towel under the sink. Worst hotel in Lewisville. I would stay elsewhere

Accessibility from I 35 highway but not visible from thhere

Property is old and run down. Very few outlets, no clock and poor television.

No toilet paper went to front desk and ask for more to it to hours later they brought a box of Kleenex

The hotel smells funny, staff is nice but the conditions of the hotel are bad.
