Ok but will overcharge you Room was okay. About what I expected for the price so not too disappointed with it. But upon check in I told the clerk I had paid through Expedia and they still charged me for the room and deposit. She said the next morning I would be given a credit and of course I was not!

Stay elsewhere Worst customer service! It should not take 45 minutes to check in!! Especially when you’re the only person there in the lobby! Plus I paid through hotels.com. I was still charged a deposit and a room night stay while I was there! They don’t answer the phone. The 800 customer service is great, but the staff is terrible and unprofessional.

Disappointing Loud in the evening and not so clean hotel. Problems with reservations, could not find it wanted me to pay again. Very disappointing.

Would never stay there again Arrived a little after midnight after making reservations 3 hours before. Was told that there were no rooms available even though I had made a reservation and confirmed it. We had spent $40 for a taxi ride to get there and then to be told that there were no rooms, I was quite upset. very bad experience The front desk worker was extremely rude, no conditioner in shower, no blow dryer in room, a smashed egg in the stairwell, no ice machine, the "included" breakfast consisted only of a few packets of oatmeal and coffee.
