Booked 2 beds, proof on paper they said exp. only bkd one, finally gave me 2 beds. Room linen was from previous guest, dirty, hairs on sheets, they tried to make the room ready fir new guest by just changing one pillow case on one of the beds etc. Room was extremely smelly, it smelled dog sweat like if a dirty dog stayed in the room for days, discusting. Didn't stay, I went to another hotel in the area that I had to pay more $ but at least the room was clean, smelled good and all linen was clean ready for new guest. Very dis... read more
Stinks and noisy
Worse Hotel experiencs ever The first room I walked in had not been clean. The bed wasn't made, or the sheets changed from its previous night sleeper. The second room I was given had cigarette smoke and ash all over the floor and comfort. I was then offered a third room which I turned down. I went to a different hotel that night.
Ac didn’t work
Ok but will overcharge you Room was okay. About what I expected for the price so not too disappointed with it. But upon check in I told the clerk I had paid through Expedia and they still charged me for the room and deposit. She said the next morning I would be given a credit and of course I was not!
lot of noises dispenser machine out of order wifi very slow no coffe maker in room the staff didn't clean my room the first day the breakfast very poor
Stay elsewhere Worst customer service! It should not take 45 minutes to check in!! Especially when you’re the only person there in the lobby! Plus I paid through hotels.com. I was still charged a deposit and a room night stay while I was there! They don’t answer the phone. The 800 customer service is great, but the staff is terrible and unprofessional.
Disappointing Loud in the evening and not so clean hotel. Problems with reservations, could not find it wanted me to pay again. Very disappointing.
