No toilet paper went to front desk and ask for more to it to hours later they brought a box of Kleenex

The hotel smells funny, staff is nice but the conditions of the hotel are bad.

Im used to the signs usually in every hotel statinf “fresh towels, trash emptied, etc.” At this hotel, correct me if I’m wrong, but on the card it states “folded linens” or something along those lines, which in indication to me, tells me that fresh sheets were not used for every new guest. Also, I noticed an ample amount of non smoking signs, which I feel emphasizes the issue they have or have previously had. manager sergio, is the worst people there,,the oather ones were really nice...he dint wanted to accept my reservation from hotel.com wich i had been doing fir the last 2 weeks,,he kick is out and me and my kids end up on the streets getting wet..

They charge me extra $50.00 after I paid the room rate. The other hotels never charge me additional money.

terrible stay = unclean, breakfast is really just coffee and just muffins. they shouldn't advertise

The room had a Oder the tub was back up I saw some bugs in the room

Booked 2 beds, proof on paper they said exp. only bkd one, finally gave me 2 beds. Room linen was from previous guest, dirty, hairs on sheets, they tried to make the room ready fir new guest by just changing one pillow case on one of the beds etc. Room was extremely smelly, it smelled dog sweat like if a dirty dog stayed in the room for days, discusting. Didn't stay, I went to another hotel in the area that I had to pay more $ but at least the room was clean, smelled good and all linen was clean ready for new guest. Very dis... read more
