Nice hotel to stay at. The staff were extremely friendly & more than willing to get anything we needed.

ok, but needs upgrade Extended Stay America Plano provided for us a convenient stay for our needs. It was great to have the separate kitchen/living room area. However, this hotel is in need of a major renovation. Everything in the room is old. The carpets were stained and we had problems with our toilet during our stay. The mattress is not all that comfortable either. I think if a renovation including new carpeting, mattresses, appliances, and bathroom were done, it would be a very nice hotel. Nice hotel The breakfast is not what it shows in the pictures online. All they offer is coffee, oatmeal, apples, & muffins in store bought wrapping. They do not have juice or any other cold drink. There is also not a business center if you are needing to print anything. I would stay there again, but I would make sure that I wasn't going to need to eat breakfast or use a computer for business.
