Great Place I've stayed in this hotel before because it is close to the hospital where I have had multiple surgeries. The hotel staff is extremely nice. I have always enjoyed staying there. However, this last time was much more disappointing. I reserved a smoking room yet, it was not available when I checked in. Also, the floors of the kitchenette stuck to my feet, even though it didn't feel sticky; I guess the type of cleaner stuck to my shoes. Good for the price Good hotel for price and excellent location. Older hotel that could use some updating. All in all, I loved the large room size and location close to interstate, shopping and food.
Decent Stay Elevator was broken and room was on the 3rd floor. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice hotel but could use some maintenance.. My room only had decaf coffee, the hot/cold water valves were opposite on the shower, the closet door was off the hinges, the carpet needs cleaning, the smoke detector wasn't hooked up and the clock didn't work.. Other than that it was a good value for one night in a good location.

Ok hotel close to great shopping. Disappointed in the fact that the room had only one queen bed for two adults. There were no options were given at check-in, other than handicapped accessibility. We found the kitchen sink dirty with dried coffee grounds and a dried, stained rag left in it. We had trouble connecting to wi if and asked for assistance and was directed to a tech, help phone number that was designed for staff members to access help, not customers.
