Nice hotel close to the highway we checked in and had great customer service that was very helpful to our business group. We were able to check into two rooms 2 hours early. It did take until 3:30 until the 3rd room was ready. My room was nice. This hotel went through major renovations not long ago. Fresh paint, new carpet and flooring. The beds were comfortable as well. Good Value! Hotel was cheap and in a good location. The hotel was accurately described online and we had a very positive experience. I would stay at this hotel again for sure.
Rude staff and room carpet not cleaned There was a big red nasty spot on the carpet. The doors on the kitchen cabinets need to be painted. There were no pots, pans and dishes in the room had to call for room service to bring them to the room. The towels feel like a sheet of sand paper cutting into the skin while drying the body. The staff was so impolite and adamant that there was no room avaijlable. she said that she had to cleaned the room in order for me to have a place for shelter.
