Decent Stay Elevator was broken and room was on the 3rd floor. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice hotel but could use some maintenance.. My room only had decaf coffee, the hot/cold water valves were opposite on the shower, the closet door was off the hinges, the carpet needs cleaning, the smoke detector wasn't hooked up and the clock didn't work.. Other than that it was a good value for one night in a good location.

Ok hotel close to great shopping. Disappointed in the fact that the room had only one queen bed for two adults. There were no options were given at check-in, other than handicapped accessibility. We found the kitchen sink dirty with dried coffee grounds and a dried, stained rag left in it. We had trouble connecting to wi if and asked for assistance and was directed to a tech, help phone number that was designed for staff members to access help, not customers.

What they did not have. NO ice machines.Make ice with ice trays. Had to hunt down the staff every time we needed them. The lobby smelled really bad.

no wake up call service, curtains and carpet not real clean. spacious, Iron and blow dryer was nice, plenty of towels, I'd come back.
Okay hotel in a fantastic neighborhood The hotel is older but the staff was amazing. My room was simple but was clean. My only complaint was about the pillows having zero support but that is me being knit picky. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located in the nicer part of Plano and near a ton of restaurants and less than 10 minutes away from a ton of shopping in Frisco.

Adequate for our needs Our stay was just OK. The hotel was located conveniently for us, and the space was big. However, the breakfast was meager, the remote didn't work, and the waste basket in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous occupant.
the hotel was easy to find and get too the staff was very pleasant but the hotel and an odor and also the room the air conditioner in the room didn't work well at all we wont be saying there again
