Okay hotel in a fantastic neighborhood The hotel is older but the staff was amazing. My room was simple but was clean. My only complaint was about the pillows having zero support but that is me being knit picky. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located in the nicer part of Plano and near a ton of restaurants and less than 10 minutes away from a ton of shopping in Frisco.

Adequate for our needs Our stay was just OK. The hotel was located conveniently for us, and the space was big. However, the breakfast was meager, the remote didn't work, and the waste basket in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous occupant.
the hotel was easy to find and get too the staff was very pleasant but the hotel and an odor and also the room the air conditioner in the room didn't work well at all we wont be saying there again

ok, but needs upgrade Extended Stay America Plano provided for us a convenient stay for our needs. It was great to have the separate kitchen/living room area. However, this hotel is in need of a major renovation. Everything in the room is old. The carpets were stained and we had problems with our toilet during our stay. The mattress is not all that comfortable either. I think if a renovation including new carpeting, mattresses, appliances, and bathroom were done, it would be a very nice hotel.
