Suggest staff turn on AC about 6:00P or for guests Trip would be improved if in summer months staff would turn on AC of booked guests about 6PM for guests. Very friendly staff--praised them to assistant manager. Will stay here again.

our stay My family arrive in Dallas at about 1pm and we had requested a early check-in for my great nephew graduation,the clerk Ms Karen had told me to call her about early check in and I forgot to call so we had to wait about 35 minutes for the room to get clean, we we're tired because we had been driving 6 hours straight from Lafayette, La. Nice for the price. Hotel help was excellent. Pool was nice. Sofa bed was disgusting.

Worth every penny The location was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Somewhat disappointed We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights hoping the level of quality was like others of the same brand but we were disappointed. The staff were very pleasant but we ran out of shaving cream and they were "out" of this convenience. The hair dryer had a cracked plug and again, they could not find a replacement. The "breakfast" was very poor - no brewed decaf coffee - only hot water and Sanka packets.
