Somewhat disappointed We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights hoping the level of quality was like others of the same brand but we were disappointed. The staff were very pleasant but we ran out of shaving cream and they were "out" of this convenience. The hair dryer had a cracked plug and again, they could not find a replacement. The "breakfast" was very poor - no brewed decaf coffee - only hot water and Sanka packets. Please try this one. The Plane at 2900 plano,tx is the best one the my company choose everytime,so dont choose any other.

Worth Every Penny The beds weren't very comfy and there was no shampoo in the room. My sister and I stayed at the hotel. When we realized they had given us one bed, they accomadated us with 2 beds right away. The breakfast was a little chincy with only muffins and bananas and instant oatmeal. Overall it was still a nice hotel with fantastic service by the staff.
