very bad, i booked the room from Hotels.com, but when i tried to check in during mid night, the hotel told me there is no vacant room.. very bad service

Don't stay here!! Where to start...crumbs and hair in beds-clearly not cleaned from previous stay. Dirty sheets on pull out bed with socks and bloody pillow cases that were not washed. Sticky floors that my 77 y/o mother had to get on her hands and knees and clean herself! When using air conditioner, the room smelled like urine. I think someone peed into the air unit. I will never stay there again! Our room at Extended Stay Hotel smelled so bad that we had to call Hotels.com, cancel our reservation to get our money back and book at another hotel in the area. I gave a 3 for hotel service because the lady at the front desk was so apologizing for the smell. I will not stay there again. The Hyatt 5 miles down was outstanding!
Staff was nice and courteous. Towels were stained and old.

NEVER AGAIN Had no room available to check in. Arrived at 9pm, front desk first stated there was no rooms available, then discovered one room someone checked out. Room was never cleaned, waited for and hour for room to be cleaned by same person working front desk
Death in family. Staff was horrible and rude and horrible. Have no extra pillows / towels. And charged me double for the wrong room. This stay was awful.

Hotel is good but be careful. Overall hotel stay is good. Nice location, clean rooms and clean hotel. They will try to charge you extra, I paid 200$ for 40mins USA calls. Local is free, and in their phone it says with in US is free, but I got a bill of 200$.
Dirty room! Condom found under bed. Hair in bath tub. People smoking right outside door.
