DID NOT HAPPEN stop asking me about this stay! When we went to check in, we were turned away at the front desk. The hotel is very nice & it's in a safe part of Plano, close to shopping & restaurants. But we didn't see the rooms or anything else because WE COULD NOT STAY HERE! Our reservation was not honored - they were overbooked because of the storms Sunday night.

Food in microwave, some one else's hair in shower, roach in kitchen. Reserved roon w 2 double beds and got room with 1 bed 1 couch....
