Good service, OK facility Outstanding service. We were going to arrive late, like after midnight. The conscientious and competent evening clerk called us and checked us in. When we arrived, the computer system was down that we could not have been booked into a room. The elevator was broken, so my handicapped wife could not come visit the kids in the room. On two days, the breakfast was put away early. This is hard to explain to five year olds. Room rates must have doubled for the eclipse, they were outrageous.

Call and review your reservation before your stay! handicapped room was on second floor and the elevator was broken. My husband is in a wheelchair. They had to scramble to get us another room. Bed was a double instead of a queen and it was hard and lumpy. Only good thing was the front desk woman. She was great!
