The staff was very nice. The rooms and hallways were gross and it's not b/c of a lack of maintenance/cleaning. Those crews were on point. The place is just old and hasn't been updated and the broken things are fixed with a VERY small budget - you can tell haha
Always my go-to hotel when I travel to Plano. Hreat staff, quick and easy checkin.

Nice room, but not the type I requested Positives: Truly accessible room. The counters were low and it was so awesome to finally see a roll in shower in a mobility accessible room. Another nice surprise was the number of electrical outlets for chargers. Negatives: Our reservation was somehow switched from 2 beds to 1 with a different confirmation number than the one I was provided in the confirmation email. My experience of staying at Extended Stay America There were few issues like refrigerator was our or order, toilet flash was not working. The sofa bed mattress was stained. There was no breakfast but website mentioned breakfast available.
