Convenience of laundry and kitchen Was on 2nd floor but never found elevator ok for me but may not be for someone else
Everything was better than expected, check in was quick, and easy access to the area

Bad check in process The person at the check in desk is rude and not helpful. She is making the check in process very difficult as she is not able to located the third party authorization done by my company.
The kitchen was cool but no coffee maker like other hotels
